Glow On, Girl! Beauty Mask

Purify your skin and enhance its natural glow with this simple clay face mask recipe. Grab a friend to share the skin love!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon rhassoul clay

  • 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel

  • 1 tablespoon distilled water

  • 5 drops Geranium essential oil

  • 3 drops Tea Tree essential oil

  • 2 drops Lemon essential oil

Safety: Orange is a photosensitive oil, so be cautious; you may want to avoid direct sunlight or UV rays for up to 24-48 hours after applying it undiluted + directly to skin.

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients together to form a thick paste.

  • Add more water or aloe vera, one teaspoon at a time, for a thinner consistency. (You'll want the mask to be thin enough to spread easily, but thick enough to stay put on your face.)

  • Store in an airtight glass, ceramic, or steel container for up to one month.

To Use

  • Using your fingers, apply evenly to clean, dry face.

  • Allow to sit for 10-15 minutes.

  • Rinse with lukewarm water and gently pat your face dry.

  • Apply a light moisturizer (my fave is the ART Light Moisturizer or the Essential Beauty Serum).

For best results, use once a week in the evening.
