Grape-Ginger Sangria Recipe (Summer Sangria Series)

The second Summer Sangria Mocktail recipe of the season, this one is for all those parties, bonfires, county fairs, and 4th of July BBQs you're over-eating at. Ginger is known to aid in healthy digestion and with the fresh ginger and super-power essential oil combined, you'll be happily back in the pool or playing beach volleyball in no time - without the belly upset.


Muddle 1 cup red or black SEEDLESS (Hello! That part is important.) grapes in a pitcher with 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh grated ginger, and 2 drops Ginger Vitality essential oil (add more to taste). Add 2 more cups of grapes and slice one 2-inch piece of ginger. Stir in white grape juice, soda water, or mixer of choice and you're good to go!
