A Paleo and Whole30-Compliant Worcestershire Sauce Recipe You'll Love

Updated: Jan 16

I have been participating in the 2018 Slique in 60 Challenge and eating Whole30 recipes for dinner and some lunches (experiencing great results so far, too). But I've also been craving a Virgin Bloody Mary. Since I'm tracking everything I'm eating and reading #AllTheLabels, there are a lot of premade items I'm avoiding. That's okay, because here's a Whole30-compliant Worcestershire sauce recipe that's also infused with essential oils, so it's not just allowed, but it's actually good for me!

Give the recipe below a try - I'd love to hear what you think.

Combine all of the below ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

½ cups Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tablespoons Water

2 tablespoons Coconut Aminos (while more stores are starting to carry these, they're easily found at Sprouts and other health food stores)

¼ teaspoons Mustard Seed, Ground

¼ teaspoons Onion Powder

¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder

Allow it to simmer for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to cool. Stir in 1 drop Cinnamon Vitality and 2 drops Black Pepper Vitality essential oils; pour into a glass mason jar. Store in the fridge.
