Refresh Your Body with Our Whole30- Friendly Bloody Mary Mocktail Recipe

Some weekends just aren't the same without the right brunch beverage.

And if it's a spicy drink you crave, studies have shown that capsaicin, a compound found in hot peppers, can help you burn extra calories. So grab the Tabasco and fire up your metabolism!

Here's the perfect Whole30-friendly bloody mary mocktail recipe – including a Paleo / Whole30-compliant Worcestershire sauce recipe – to help you stick to your weight and fitness goals this January and beyond.



Ingredients

  • 24 oz. tomato juice

  • 4 drops Celery Seed Vitality

  • 3 drops Black Pepper Vitality

  • 3 drops Lime Vitality

  • 3 drops Lemon Vitality

  • 2 tsp.Tabasco sauce

  • 2 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce (Paleo / Whole30 compliant recipe)

  • 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder

  • 3 cups of ice





Garnish

  • The juice of one lime

  • 1 ½ Tblsp. Pink Himalayan (or white) Salt, medium coarse or flaked preferred (fine table salt can work in a pinch)

  • 2 celery stocks, washed and cut in half

  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary

Additional Add-In Options: Whole 30 compliant bacon strip; olives; wheels or wedges of limes and lemons.

Combine all but the ice and your garnishes in a glass or stainless steel pitcher and set aside while you prepare your glasses. Squeeze lime onto a shallow dish or plate, dipping the rim of each glass into it; set aside. Pour or grind salt onto another dish and dip the rims into the salt, giving each glass one full turn in it. Add ice to mixed ingredients and stir or shake well. Pour evenly into glasses, adding a piece of celery and rosemary sprig (or other garnish) into each glass.

You can also set aside each of the ingredients and garnish options for an in-home brunch experience, where your guests can create their own Bloody Mary Mocktails to their individual tastes.
