Changing Negative Emotions, Naturally

When we have a negative thought or emotion, it can take at least five times of repeating a positive thought or emotion to help remove that one negative thought. You can use the Cancel-Cancel Technique to work through this as well. Our bodies store those negative emotions in our organs. What else can we do to change our emotions?



The Steps of Storing Emotions

  1. The emotional energy that gets generated during negativity or a trauma enters the body and, if it is not released, gets stored in an organ or gland with the same vibrational energy. (Example: Anger in the Liver.)

  2. The memory of the trauma gets stored in the limbic system of the brain, which is the seat of the emotions.

  3. Our minds create a belief and attach it to the emotional memory stored in the limbic system of the brain.

  4. The emotional response gets stored in cellular memory throughout the body and becomes automatic.


Beyond releasing negative emotions, it is important to express the opposite, positive side of the negative emotion. For example, a positive expression of anger can be laughter. When you are able to feel both sides of the emotion you are free to fully experience the feeling. You now have a choice of holding or releasing the emotion.



How to Clear your Emotional Patterns

  1. Understand the emotional pattern.

  2. Recognize the problem

  3. Be willing and ready to change.

  4. Changing the emotional energy pattern. This can be as simple or as difficult as you make it. I like to keep things simple.

  5. I identify what I'm feeling.

  6. Look and see where that energy is stored.

  7. Focus on how I can make it positive.

  8. Speak positive affirmations.

  9. Apply oils that help release that emotion.

  10. Repeat as often as necessary!
